Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping:
- Orders placed before 12:00pm Central time will generally ship the same day.
- Orders totaling over $300 will be shipped with Signature Confirmation. If you wish to waive this, please leave us a note in the Comments section during checkout.
- UPS and FedEx maybe used interchangeably. We will select the method with the quickest delivery times.
- USPS delivery times, with the exception of Express Mail, are for reference purposes only, and are not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please select one of the UPS options.
- If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us at: todd@imbuemotorsports.com within 48hrs of delivery. Save all packaging materials until we instruct you to discard them.
International Shipping:
- All International Shipments will be accompanied by an attached commercial invoice. We will not, under any circumstances, falsify customs documents and/or product value(s).
- Customs Duties, Taxes, VAT, etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Most products will be shipped under the HS Code 9503.00.00 or 9503.00.90, please refer to your local country's tariff schedules to determine import duties.
- Only UPS & USPS Priority Express Mail delivery times are guaranteed.

Returns:
- No returns without a RMA will be accepted.
- Only undamaged & unused products maybe returned.
- Items that have been opened or that are missing their original packaging may incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If there was an error with your order, or the product is defective, we may refund your original shipping costs as well as reimburse you for return shipping.
- We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment, and using a service that provides online tracking.
